St. James Infirmary provides compassionate and non-judgmental healthcare and social services for all sex workers while preventing occupational illnesses and injuries through a comprehensive continuum of services.

What We Do

We are located at 1372 Mission St., between 9th and 10th Streets (map) in San Francisco, CA. (Contact us.)

Please note that services are provided on a first come, first served basis with the exception of our appointment-based hormone therapy services. Participants who present with urgent medical needs will be prioritized. The clinic lobby can be very busy during the registration period. Please plan to be at the clinic for a few hours. Due to scheduling constraints, not all services listed below may be available during a particular night. Please see the Clinic Calendar for a full list of services available each night.

Drop-In Tuesdays: 3-6pm (DOORS OPEN AT 2:45PM, last intake at 5:30)
